Our top 5 beaches in Ibiza & Formentera.

The nature reserve Ses Salines.

Ses Salines is an important salt production area in the Mediterranean. The nature reserve has been a UNSECO World Heritage Site since 1999. It is huge and home of many beautiful, impressive and magical spots: Las Salinas Beach, Es Cavallet and Cap des Falco. All of them are a must-visit when you're in Ibiza.

During our boat trip Formentera with Benefits, we sail through the nature reserve Ses Salines in the morning on our way to Formentera and have our sunset stop in the evening at either Cap des Falco or Es Cavallet.

Being a nature reserve, we can't drop you off at the beach, but we recommend that you explore Las Salinas on your own another day.

Las Salinas Beach.

One of the most iconic of all beaches in Ibiza is inside the natural park Ses Salines. Las Salinas is a long expanse of soft golden sand surrounded by a nature reserve including sand dunes, pine forests and spectacular salt flats. The sea is not very deep and you can run in shallow water about 30 m. It combines Ibiza's glamour, a smattering of nudism and family-friendliness. You'll be mixing with the cool, the hip and the hippies - all attracted by the extraordinary vibe and the Balearic beats that pour forth from the many beach restaurants.

A must visit is Sa Trinxa - it typifies Ibiza's diversity, freedom and good vibe. You will see nothing but real happiness at this place. No show off, no VIPs. Being the most festive and social corner of the beach, it's probably Ibiza's most iconic beach bar.

Es Cavallet.

Walk past the beach bars until you come to a clearing where the rock formations have been carved into some amazing creations – walk further and you’ll spot the old pirate watchtower. Passing by the tower, you'll come to Es Cavallet - Ibiza's nudist beach. Less crowded than Salinas, more natural and quiet.

Es Cavallet is one of our sunset stop options during Formentera with Benefits.

Cap des Falco.

All good things come in threes, as the saying goes. In the Ses Salines Natural Park, no exception is made in this respect: Cap d'es Falcó joins Ses Salines and Es Cavallet as the third of the must sees.

It's one of the few sunset spots on this side of the island and we visit it for our sunset stop and Café Caleta show cooking during Formentera with Benefits.

Ses Illetes in Formentera.

Ses Illetes beach is probably the most Instagrammable feature of Formentera’s spectacular coastline. The beach looks like the perfect Instagram filter.

What makes it so outstanding and breath-taking is its calm, shallow, turquoise waters, which, together with the fine white sand, create a paradisal landscape.

Because of that, it's the hot spot for the super yachts of the rich and famous who spend their days there.

Moreover, being a natural park, the surroundings are well cared for and you rarely find any sun beds and only a few beach restaurants.

Lucky enough, it's part of our unique day trip Formentera with Benefits so that you will have a chance to get some amazing shots and swim in between the super yacht of the rich and famous after tanning at Playa Ses Illetes.

Playa d'en Bossa.

Playa d'en Bossa is probably the most popular beach in Ibiza. It is the longest beach on the island with endless sand and chill-out space with sunbeds and parasols, dotted with many beach bars and restaurants.

If you like meeting new people and want to spend a thoughtless and lively holiday, Playa den Bossa is the perfect place for you! Beach, sun, music and fun-loving party-goers characterise the image of Playa d'en Bossa. It definitely is the party hot spot if Ibiza.

You're not so much into partying? If you go to the end of the beach, passing by Ushuaia and Hard Rock Hotel, you get to the more quiet area of that beach, where the water is more clear and calm.

By night, Playa d'en Bossa becomes the focus of the island's clubbing crowd. Superclubs Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza are some of the island's most popular venues attracting the world's most famous and biggest DJs every night.

You can perfectly combine visiting this beach with both of our events, as our boat trips start and end at the boat pier of Playa d'en Bossa.
